The companion-app track of the same ten-week SCAD × Porsche studio as the cockpit UI, in 2025: plan a trip, send it to the car, watch the charge. The studio's research (nine surveys with 160 responses, and 30 interviews) found 54% felt Porsche's digital touchpoints were disconnected and two in three had stopped using the Porsche app within weeks. The app answers with one six-step flow (Home, Search Destination, Route Overview, Send to Vehicle, Live Trip Card, Charging Overview) in the cockpit's visual language, plus a lock-screen Live Activity, Dynamic Island states and a home-screen widget. The page runs a clickable prototype of the whole trip, rebuilt in code from the team's final Figma frames. Usability testing scored 86.5 on the System Usability Scale in moderated sessions and 80.8 in Maze, against a target of 80. Task success was 94.7% viewing trip details, above the 80% target, and 75.0% sending a trip to the car, below it. Rapoport was Product Manager of the studio, a team of more than 30: he set direction and coordinated the disciplines; the app track's usability testing was run by its UX designers. A concept for Porsche.
